5 stars aren't enough! My boyfriend and I could not have asked for better! As first time home buyers we had a plethora of questions and concerns and Eddy was always there with clear and helpful answers. Throughout the process we really felt like we created a great relationship with him, and trusted him explicitly to do right by us. As little hiccups came up, Eddy worked as hard for us as you would imagine someone doing for a friend/family member. Definitely recommend and will use again in the future!

As first time home buyers we were extremely nervous and quite lost regarding the whole buying process. We had so many questions, yet because we were so new to the process we weren't sure what to ask. We had no idea what we could get within our budget, where we should look or what is a high asking price and what isn't. What we did know though was that we wanted everything 
;)
All in all we were just brand new to this milestone step in our lives. Which is why we took buying our first home very seriously.
It's important to note that Eddy wasn't the first real estate agent we worked with. Our first experience was a dead end. The process was simple, "Here is how the MLS website works, Tell me what you like and I will book a time for us to look at it".
For our first time buying a home this WAS NOT the way we envisioned the experience would go.
What we needed was an educated, experienced and approachable person to ask us the right questions. To get to know us better so they could help figure out what we would like, even if we weren't sure ourselves.
Eddy started the "hunt" the night we first met. That night he had already sent us properties to look at. From that point on he was always in contact. He always met up with us where and when was convenient for us. To this day he still checks up on us to see how we are doing.
The pressures of buying your first home can be overwhelming at times. If it wasn't for Eddy's patience, excitement, humour and friendship throughout it all, the process would have been so much harder.
We created a list of things we would love to find in a home. Jenna and I knew that having them all may well be beyond our budget. When Eddy found one or more of these in a property that still fell within our budget Jenna would give him "Bonus Points". Eddy was such a good sport about it and it grew organically into a nice bond we all had together.
In the end we cannot give Eddy enough bonus points to repay our gratitude. Eddy found us a home we absolutely love, we couldn't be happier and we wouldn't change our experience for anything.
